About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design and hands-on experience with Figma. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Apply responsive design principles across different screen sizes and devices.
- Conduct basic user research and usability analysis to improve user experiences.
- Create and maintain reusable components, variants, grids, and design systems.
- Convert ideas and requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, including:
- Auto Layout
- Components & Variants
- Grids
- Interactive Prototyping
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
- Knowledge of wireframing, user flows, responsive design, and usability principles.
- Ability to create case-study-driven portfolio projects.
- Good visual design and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
